Easter Peeps Cupcakes

Easter means PEEPS, and we have a ton around the office, so we couldn’t wait to make cupcakes inspired by our favorite Easter treat! LUCK + LOVE

Ingredients:

1 box of Funfetti cake mix
Vanilla frosting
Pink, yellow, and blue sugar topping
Cupcake decorations
Peeps
Vegetable oil
Eggs

Directions:

To make the batter, follow directions on the cake mix box
Pour into cupcake tin about halfway
Bake for about 20 minutes
Let cupcakes cool
Frost with vanilla frosting
Dip each cupcake into each color sugar
Decorate, and enjoy!
