Ingredients:
- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- Vanilla icing
- Sweethearts candy
- Pink and red food coloring
- Vegetable oil
- Eggs
Directions:
- To make the batter, follow directions on the cake mix box
- Add some red food coloring to the batter for red colored cake
- Pour half of batter into a square tin and half into a circle tin
- Bake for 28-32 minutes
- Let the cakes cool
- Cut the circle cake in half, to be used for the top of the heart
- Place the square cake so it looks like a diamond, and add the halves of the circle cake to the top sides
- Frost the entire cake as a whole (we made pink frosting!)
- Decorate with sweethearts!
