After the success of our gummy popsicles, we thought we’d try out our popsicle mold again to make these Cereal & Milk Breakfast Popsicles! LUCK + LOVE
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Fruity Pebbles
- 3-4 cups of almond milk (or regular)
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Directions:
- Put the fruity pebbles into a bowl, and pour the milk on top
- Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, which allows the milk to soak in the Fruity Pebbles and absorb the sweet flavor
- During this time, place two scoops of vanilla ice cream in a bowl to melt completely
- When ready, combine the cereal milk and ice cream in one bowl
- Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold
- Let them sit in the freezer for about 45 minutes, and then put popsicle sticks in the mold
- Place back in the freezer for a few hours until completely frozen and ENJOY!
FYI: unfortunately these didn’t taste as good as they looked
