Happy National Brownie Day!!! To celebrate at the SCL offices, we baked these amazing brownie pops! LUCK + LOVE
Ingredients:
- 1 box of brownie mix
- Chocolate chips
- Popsicle sticks
- Chocolate melt
- Sprinkles & decorations
- Vegetable oil
- Eggs
Directions:
- To make the brownie batter, follow directions on the box
- Add some chocolate chips (to make them extra chocolatey)
- Bake for the designated time on the box (we used an 8″ by 8″ tray and baked for 52-54 min)
- Let brownies cool
- Cut into rectangles
- Place a popsicle stick in each rectangle
- Melt each color chocolate until soft and spread onto brownies
- Decorate with sprinkles!
